my daughter has fever with mild cough since 2days.weight 10 kg, I give sinarest drop 1ml three times. but after 4 hr temperature rise up.plz suggested me what I do?

A. for fever calpol can be given and for cough if it is wet cough brozeet-ls can be taken but if the problem continues then consult your doctokor please it is not advisable to take medicine without medical
