my daughter has fever around 99c. she also has loose motion and the stool is green in colour.. she also vomited two times but now it's stopped. could you please suggest any medication for speedy recovery.

A. keep giving ORS frequently throughout the day and Paracetamol if your baby is having fever and consult with your doctor for proper assessment of your baby and keep him hydrated give probiotics and Zinc supplement
