Q.

my daughter has fallen and her foot is swollen.will be going to doctor tomorrow.the swelling is paining and not letting her sleep .can i give her paracetamol as of now?

A. Of course paracetamol is the best painkiller you can give it and also keep some ice cubes or cold pack onto the swell up area because of the swelling is increasing there could be a possibility of a fracture also but right now apply ice cube and apply the tab Thermophob if you have available that will help in settling
