Q.

my daughter has cough and cold since a week.. Doctor has prescribed Levocet syrup 3.5 ml once at night and protussa cough syrup 5 ml three times a day... symptoms have decreased but still she has wheezing sound in nose and sometimes in chest and little coughing and sneezing.... should I worry about it or it will go with time.. please suggest.

A. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by disc cussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
