Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam - inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. That probably is that your child is suffering with some kind of an allergy so in order to know what is the right reason I would advise you to conduct an allergy test for the child and that’s going to give you better clarity as per the situation
