Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like pazracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic.
kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the zdoctor immediately
