my daughter has 7.4 mm vsd is surgery is only option.. if yes suggest me best hospital

A. that you ask your pediatrician ok.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.
