my daughter has 4yr 11 months old .her mucus coming out of her nose a bit of cough and mucus has a strong smell .can you suggest any medicine..she is become extremely weak what should I do

Both the medicines are good first one is for cold the second one is for cough that can be given to the child which is going to be healthy for if you require you can consult your doctor for further assistance and treatment to be given
