my daughter gotbitten by insect .it is swollen .is it cause of worry or should we consult doctor

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to give anti allergic medicines like cetirizine to the child which will help in decreasing the swelling and also for pain you can give pacracetamol and apply ice to decrease the itching sensation and then meet your doctor

Keep ice cube on that area and then you can apply Thermophob tube onto that area this will help in settling down the swelling further if there’s pain or irritation if your child is crying because of that you can also be five drops of paracetamol and it’s a normal thing there is no need to see your doctor
