my daughter got these rashes on her hand. It is increasing. what is it and how to cure this?

A. It is not a rash it is allergy or infection or could be a fungal infection also please don’t take it that lightly you should get it examined by the doctor then only you can have a confirmed understanding about the problem that is there as on that basis only then you can treat your child ahead of this
