Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..get your child dewormed. try and give natural sweet food like fruits or dry fruits..white sugar in moderation only. try and use jaggery in her diet..it is important to deworm the child regularly. use Babyhug medicine dropper for same
