Q.
My daughter can’t speak she only says papa mumma and when I cll with her name she ignore me.any thing serious.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. main to child is having some developmental problem like autism or not will be evaluated according to the questionnaire given by your doctor so kindly visit developmental pediatrician or a clinical psychologist at your convenience

DEVELOPMENT by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not
