my daughter birth is 12th December 2012.But her milk teeth not broken yet. Not a single one. is it a matter of worry.kindly tell solution. all other parameters are normal. height weight all ok.

A. hello mam yes the milk teeth should have started falling from the age of 6 to 6.5 years if it is not fall on teli at please visit a dentist as he or she might be able to guide you better in this case
