my daughter birth is 12th December 2012.But her milk teeth not broken yet. Not a single one. is it a matter of worry.kindly tell solution. all other parameters are normal. height weight all ok.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam yes the milk teeth should have started falling from the age of 6 to 6.5 years if it is not fall on teli at please visit a dentist as he or she might be able to guide you better in this case
