my daughter age 4 years and she got a fever repeatedly means with in two months she got 3 times ....but by using paracetamol syrup it can be controlled in one day I want to know what is the underlying cause for repeated fever ...please give answer to me

A. hello. if the temprature is controling after giving oy pcm tgen it may be simply viral or due to exersion.. give him well hydrare and offer immunity booster food.
