my daughter age 3yr she is have fever last 2days but i give PCM sryp then fever is normal after 8hr and night fever come back. what i can do....

A. better to get the doctor get investigations Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
