My daughter Aarohi is of 2yrs8m old, her diet & all activites are normal. Drinks lot of water too. She never sleep early at night as other child, now a days she have constipation, what to do.??

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning the child is behaving as normal as the other kids so there is no need to get worried they generally sleep late try to feed with healthy food options give lots of fluids apart from the plain water in between so that the child is receiving other nutrients as well not always the plain water
