My daughter 9 years old got elergy on her body, but there is no itching or burning sensation, but it is spreading . Kindly advice proper medications

once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.
use one can talc twice or thrice a day

these are heat rashes.
Apply candid dusting powder on the skin.
This will help to give relief from heat rashes.
Also make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers to prevent rashes.
