my daughter 5 years old her urine ph level is 9 she goes to the washroom every 5-10 minutes

That means your child is suffering with a urine infection because there when the frequency of urine is this law that means that this is definitely an infection included so you have to have a word with your paediatrician for a check up as to what kind of course of medication or antibiotics would be required for this
