my daughter 3y3m suffering from fever for last 3days. I am using meftal-p syrup. the fever sometimes comes with 103 r 102 by giving relief 4 r 5 hours. pls suggest the medication.

A. you are already using meftal p which is a second line of drug for fever if there is no paracetamol relief no it is advisable to consult a doctor for further advice
