my daughter 3 years old is suffering with cold running nose since a weak her nose is getting too dry and now her body temperature started increasing up to 102° how to low down her body temparature paracetamol 250 given.

Sinarist 3ML twice can be given to the child for running now you can also use nasal drops if it is needed and the fever is literally on the higher side so you give the medicine that you are giving repeat it after every six hours in the dosage is going to be according to the current weight of the child and lastly I would like to tell you to start doing cold sponging to reduce on the temperature
