my daughter 3 years 10 months. she suffering from gastric and constipation please give me a suggestion and home remedies

Hi parent Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Give her. more probiotics , millets and citrus fruits Don't.over.use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics Use pinch of Hing in her diet.(but very small quantity 9
