This requires proper evaluation so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and ttaking detailed history. That will be a better approach !tito get a proper treatment regarding this.
