my daughter 1year and 11 month having cough and runny nose from from 4 days we r giving lcf and relent syrup still it has not gone wt to do

A. it will take at least one week to subside the symptoms continue the medicines cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
