my cousin son is drinking every day cows milk even before 1 year and his weight is 11 now for 1 year there is no problem as such than why many people says don't give cow milk below year kids as it's not so harmful they don't give proper food how it is possible can I also give cows milk or packet milk my baby is 11 month old for weight gain as he s only 8.5

A. hello dear mom it I good to avoid giving cow milk to the child before one year of age and include all seasonal veges and fruits and also include homemade curd Paneer white butter and give three proper healthy meals a day to the child
