involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kids.
Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc.
change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..
s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. try to give the home prepared food even if your child doesn't like it if as a family you are not bringing anything which is a junk food like I don't remember last when I purchased a biscuit packet or any cold drink or any such thing whenever it is needed we prepare fresh juices lemon water butter milk for liquid and for other items I cook something by adding a lot of veggies in rice or in chapati or try to experiment on food so that so how I made my daughter to always love these things even when it is a matter of a pizza I use it chapati and then put a lot of vegetable so over it so that makes a child into the habit of habit
