my children are frequently suffering from cold and cough for a long period even though after using medicine for a weak. then what treatment has to taken?

Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
Give steam inhalation
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits
Give turmeric milk twice daily
Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture
Take a good care of your baby
Give ginger juice and honey mixture
Stay hydrated
