Q.

my child nose is always block...she makes sound while sleeping is it normal or not...i use saline nasal drop

A. hello use saline nasal drops for the nasal block and can be used even 5 to 10 times during the day and even some steam inhalation with plain water can be done.

A. good morning it is good that you are already using saline drops I would recommend that you should apply baby Vicks rub on the nose of the child make your baby sleep in an elevated position for a few days
