Q.

my child is suffering from fever and cough nd cold.i give ro him ibugesic plus and tixylix nd alrid plz suggest me for repeat dose

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators orh antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fevefr is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

A. Give Calpol Dhoondo child who mode give Ibujesic introducing this the platlet Yahoo! please go ahead with a better medicine go ahead with giving Calpol Podu child as of now that is going to be good to be given educate repeat it after six hours
