My child is suffering from cold &cough &fever also .he is having nose bleeding also ( may be coz of pricking).. what should I do so that his coughing could be relieved.. i have been giving mucolytic expectorant for the relief but not of much use..

A. Cough is the symptom where access mucous secretion may be there and it needs expectorant fmedicine and also anti allergic medication is required steam inhalation can be dgiven and consult your doctor for a proper evaluation
