My child is passing green stools. Before this, there was blood in his stools. He is only two years old. And he also has a fever.

Okay so blood in the motion is usually seen when there is a stomach infection that your child may be suffering from so it would be good for you to check with your doctor because a course of antibiotics would be required and the fever can also be associated with that
