Q.
My child is one year old past 10 months but still he doesn't speak anything and only communicates through actions, is it normal ?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it is ok for the baby. Speech is a process takes time to become proper . Initially only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time specially mobile screen and T. V. Also help of any speech therapist can be taken for same .
