my child is not roll over she is 4.5 months old her back bone is not stiff while lifting my baby she is bending like rubber is it ok or otherwise I should consult doctor

A. it may be a normal growth but yes some points that you have mentioned is not normal so better to meet your doctor for examination and also make a video which will again help the doctor in proper diagnosis
