my child is having fever since past 2 days , today is the 3rd day , has little bit cough and runny nose and body pain also. we have started giving him zincovit, augmentin and calpol for fever.. please advise what can we do to make him cure fast possibly its a covid infection as my mother in law is covid positive

Without Getting your child assessed without going for a proper RT PCR I cannot tell you whether your child is actually positive or not so it would be advisable for you to 1st consult your paediatrician and if your doctor advises you to go for a Covid positive test then only you go for it otherwise don’t
