Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. as the baby is 8 months old you can give three meals in between snacks supplementing breast milk or formula milk
can give khichdi dal rice upma poha sabudana ragi porridge sooji wheat porridge etc to the baby
give all the seasonal fruits vegetables buttermilk coconut water etc as well
introduce one food at a time
follow the three days rule for new food to avoid allergy
add ghee in the baby's meals
