my child is 8.5 months old. He s mostly on Top Feed. But I want to provide him with normal food. what are the options. Also when will he start to speak. Concerned parent

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy3 months agoA. hello u can include home made Cerelac rice dal water khicadi kanji upma fruits n veggies which are all healthy n nutritious n good for the baby growth also. .
