My child is 7 yrs 9 months. height is 126 cms. height is not properly gain at his age. pl guide me how can improve my child height.

As you would like to know that the height of the child is completely based on the genetics of the child so you have to see how tall you and your husband are and according to that the high take its growth secondly I think it’s a good time for you to put your child into good physical activity which will help in developing the overall growth of your child
