My child is 4 months old... n he getting red boils on his right hand only. It’s comes and it’s dries after 3-4 days... is there any medicine for it or is it any kind of allergy?

A. hello this can be due to infection or allergy so it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and safe too as this happen frequently
