Q.
My child is 4.5 years old his vaccination is scheduled next month, earlier he was given painless form of DaTP, can I give him painfull form of vaccine this time that is DTP?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes it can be given now and Vaccination is important for prevention from diseases so it should be given and not be delayed much . Some of delay is ok but vaccination chart should be followed and all vaccines are important that are in the chart .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Consult your paediatrician for same, Babies need 3 shots of DTaP to build up high levels of protection against diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough. Then, young children need 2 booster shots to maintain that protection through early childhood.
