My child is 3 years old. He can speak words bit can not form sentences. And he is comfortble to speak only english rather than my mother tongue telugu.Do i need to worry about this.. Does he need speech therapy?

A. No speech therapy is not given in such case only if the child is not able to speak properly in any language or any other issue is there then only it is required
