my child is 3 months 1 week old, she coughs while taking milk and she is vomiting the milk frequently can u pls tell mam what should we do

I would recommend you to feed your child on demand because vomiting in this age is completely normal due to stomach reflux because as per Dr’s parents feed their kids every two hours which can lead to overfeeding so just feed on demand and make sure that burping is there
