My child is 2 month old and he is suffering from cold thats what I feel but doctors say its normal but he doesn't have cough. He is unable to breathe because of the mucus and there are some sounds coming from the throat as well..doctor gave me nasal saline drops still he feels uncomfortable...how should I help my child? I am sure there is mucus which irritates him

hi your baby is 2 months old now to relieve nose block give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and put nasoclear nasal drop in each nostril and if problem persist try maxtra drops 0.4 ml twice a day for 5 days

Hello ma’am Start giving indirect steam to your child for 2 to 3 days twice or thrice a day and see if there is a difference and still if you do not feel there is a difference and you feel that your child is having an irritating voice and there is mucus then it would be better that you consult an ENT specialist ones regarding the same for a proper checkup and medication
