Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activitiefrs at least one hour before sleep also make the room envirohnment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

See first you try to figure out the issue maybe your child is actually a light sleeper so you can use earplugs or cotton into the ears of the child when you put your child to sleep because this way it is going to avoid all the unnecessary sound and maybe then your child will sleep for a longer duration properlyWrite Your Answer Here
