my child is 2.3 years old but still he speaks only few words only. is there something to worry. do I need to see a doctor

some babies they start to talk late.
If ur baby is making eye contact and understand what you are saying, follow your instructions then no need to worry..
The more you communicate the sooner baby will learn to speak.
