my child is 11months old and he is suffring from cough

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes.
For cold you can give syp maxtra 2.5 ml to the child 2 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal blockage and simple cough and cold.
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
meet your dr if not improving

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon I would recommend that you should try to apply baby Vicks rub on the chest and back of your baby and you can also try to give your baby indirect steam it will help to provide relief
