Give weight gaining food like paneer oats mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups ghee in dal cheese eggs etc.
Add protein powder in milk for added benefits. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
