My child has itchiny and pimples on buttocks from last two months plz suggest

You can apply mustard oil or Babyhug massaging oil or Babyhug rash cream on the affected areas. It must heal through these only. Also make him wear good soft cotton clothes. And avoid underwear I till theae pimples go away.
