Q.
My child has fever her head and stomach is hot but she looks active she s eating food but quiet fussy Is this normal

kindly check his body temprature with thermometer, and give paracetomol in right dose if it is more then 100 F. and offer him lots of fluids.

Have you taken the temperature with a thermometer just by feeling that the head or stomach is warm we cannot conclude whether it is fever or not so kindly take the temperature if you see his fever then you can give paracetamol maybe it is fever like 99 or so so if the fever is confirmed then give medicine otherwise just let it be just do sponging with cold water that will help
