my child has bacterial infection he is not eating thing since 2 days what should I do

Hello ma’am Give more of liquid diet to the child as that is going to help right now and that would be easier for your child to have it also so continue with that apart from that if the infection is more you should be consulting a nutritionist as she would advise you a better diet plan for the child during the situation
