My child(girl) is 2 yrs 4 months old. she is saying 1 to 10, a to z and 4-5 english words only..

Your child is already speaking a lot a child know a to Z and this age is amazing counting you see that the child is saying other things a child so that is good but the question comes here is that has your child learnt everything from you manually when you teach your child or with the help of books or something or your child has seen everything and learn everything from mobile because these days everybody teaching things by putting on channels and everything so if your child has which is why your child is not having a proper conversation they only know what they’ve been hearing and watching on the mobile so and if your child has learnt all of this manually you are teaching is very good over the period with regular communication things are going to get better
