Fever does not reduce sound totally by completing the time of three days then it is not a normal fever it could be viral or something in that case I’m just going to recommend that you should consult your doctor for further assistance they are going to confirm what is the situation and on that basis they can suggest you with the treatment as it could be viral it could be any other kind of fever that your child may be suffering from
